All 7/8 grade students interested in participating in athletics during the 2025-26 school year will need to have a current Sports Physical dated after May 1, 2025 and completed on the Kansas State High School Athletic Association, (KSHSAA), Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form below.  Students that are interested in participating in athletics during the 2026-2027 school year will need a physical dated after May 1st, 2026 on the Kansas State High School Athletic Association, (KSHSAA), Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form.    

Sports Physicals MUST be completed on the KSHSAA physical packet for student-athletes to be eligible.  CYS Physicals are no longer accepted.

Athletic Registrations Information and Links

Athletes need a completed registration in “Register My Athlete” in order to participate in sports.   Parents will need to go to https://www.registermyathlete.com/login/ and follow the instructions provided to register for sports.
